Within 3 months of the event date, one of our experienced event coordinators will meet with you to gather all contracts, contact lists. etc., and to discuss your vision for the day. We connect with each vendor directly, confirm all contracted services, floor plans, menus and delivery schedules and draft a master timeline that covers the entire day’s events.
On the day of the event, our event coordinator will be on-site from start to finish to oversee vendor deliveries, room setup, communicate with all staff, ensure flawless execution and to act as your personal concierge.
