ABOUT THE OWNER
Linda Pace is a seasoned event planning professional with 25 years of experience managing all aspects of social and corporate events in the Long Island market.
Linda has a proven track record of successfully producing Corporate Conferences and Fundraisers, Company Picnics, Golf Outings, Corporate Destination Management projects, Awards Programs, Networking Events, Milestone Birthdays, Weddings, School Reunions, Anniversaries, Holiday Parties, Sweet 16’s and Bar/ Bat Mitzvahs.
Since 2007, she has served as President and Principal Event Planner at “The Life of the Party”. She also provides consulting services to Long Island-based event production companies in need of lead project managers, day-of event coordinators, bookkeeping services and administrative support.
In addition to event planning and administrative support, Linda’s diverse portfolio includes consulting in “Organizational Development”, a division of Human Resources management that focuses on evaluating the workplace and business model, identifying shortcomings, implementing solutions and affecting change.
A proven “Efficiency Expert”- she’s constantly striving to improve productivity and profitability across all professional platforms. Linda works closely with her clients** to fine-tune policies and procedures that include diversity and inclusion, in an effort to create a more cohesive and positive work environment.
**In the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic, Linda offers virtual services from a remote office location, as well as in-person (following all CDC mandated protocols), so businesses can continue to operate safely.
Prior to her work at “The Life of the Party”, she held highly visible positions for the PGA Tour, Chez-zam Events and Fireworks by Grucci- finding her niche in the event market as an accomplished event planner and producer.
While her profession is event planning, project management and consulting, Linda’s other passions include singing, doing professional voice-over work, and writing poetry.
Linda is a native New Yorker. She grew up in Hauppauge and is a graduate of Hofstra University, having earned her undergraduate degree in Music and Vocal Performance. A two-time cancer survivor, Linda regularly continues to volunteer her time and talents to support various non-profit organizations whose proceeds benefit local and nationwide charities.
Achieving work/ life balance is her highest priority. When she’s not “on the job”, in her spare time she enjoys spending quality time traveling and entertaining with her husband Gary and son Matthew, as well as with close family and friends.
